Halloween at Goblin Valley

Mom and Dad decided that for our first Halloween together, we'd skip trick or treating and go on walkabout. They wanted me to see Capitol Reef National Monument and explore a little more of the central part of southern Utah. So we drove to Torrey, and I made friends at the motel there. We drove into Capitol Reef and did some hikes, then we hiked outside the park. It was boulder-y with lots of catch ponds. I wanted to investigate them all, but Mom wouldn't let me just jump in.

Then we drove west and went to Goblin Valley. I got to walk though there with Mom and Dad, making friends, and showing off how pretty I am.

 I'm really good in the car....especially if I'm tired!
